Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every order from TCG Market HQ. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returns window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Sealed products must remain factory sealed and unopened.

Single cards

Single cards can be returned if they arrive in a condition different from what was listed. Please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Preorders

Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the product ships. Once a preorder ships it follows the standard returns terms above.

How to start a return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will send instructions and, once your item is received and inspected, process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-returnable items

Opened sealed product and graded cards with broken cases cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
